I'm not looking to make a big deal about this (though if others would like to, be my guest...) but unbanning the folks who were banned in error was just half the equation. We still are requesting some sort of response or acknowledgement from Ben and/or the other moderators on the more fundemental issue of a broken userbase and erratic moderation.

I'm guessing this thread will get locked very fast, but I felt this needed to be said. If this is in the pipes for future announcement, then my bad, but I'm just warning you right now things aren't going to settle down with just 50 percent of the problem solved, you've opened pandora's box on these poor people.
