Is this still a rule in P&R? READ THIS BEFORE YOU POST IN P&R There has been a new rule in P&R for several months now, put in place by the site owner.
One last thing: PLEASE do not copy articles verbatim from other sites or post videos without comment! If you want to quote something or post a video, fine... say where it comes from, provide a link, and also provide ANALYSIS and INSIGHT of your own. We're here to discuss and debate ideas we actually hold. So make your opinion clear, and remember to do so with civility.
It's a legit question. VOTE....EARLY

That is when CREATING a thread so people are not just posting whatever. . #3.In general, post if you have something to say. If you want to start a new thread, make it worthwhile. Don't be lazy and give a 1-sentence "what do you think about X?". At least explain your position, why, etc... make it interesting to read; you're more likely to get quality responses.
There are a lot of articles and news pieces out there we don't want a flood of new threads ^ this is a part of the rule too and I hope you/everyones takes it to heart as well

I do try to be civil but you well know that rule is not always followed by those that post to me. VOTE....EARLY

Well, the civil rule is all around. Let's keep that on the real. The ganging up and such is not civil.
It's not always that black and white.

So did you follow the rule for your thread?: https://prince.org/msg/105/463955 #3.In general, post if you have something to say. If you want to start a new thread, make it worthwhile.
