Here is the basic explanation about RODSERLING:
His last 3 threads got closed by MODS because he was trolling with an agenda. The agenda was, his speculated Batman Super Deluxe is the next release thread he created, with no proof he just made his opinion as a fact and made a title, when the mods locked that thread he got insulted and started mimicking creating new threads that are similar on the org, for example, rank songs on purple rain thread, he creates rank songs on news thread, but no intention for real discussion, he did it because he feels his threads are more important and not as "silly" but since his thread got deleted he started creating trolling copy threads.
Here is one of the posts i posted about him on one of his closed threads:
"You are so insulted your thread got closed that you are mimicking similar threads here on the ORG and making the same threads except your doing it on purpose to troll.
So when someone responds to rank the NEWS thread, you are just trolling them and making them look stupid because probably some members will actually respond as intention of actual discussion even if you created those threads in a trolling member just to prove your agenda."

Ok, sorry but it seems that you are angry about RODSERLING and I don't know your story but, I'm naïve, I don't see why a topic about batman deluxe should be less interesting than a topics about something else ... During months people said that Parade was going to be the next deluxe edition, and it was wrong ... So there are possibilities of everyone to speak and to argue , and it's very upsetting to see people close threads, publish many posts, just because they don't like what someone else has posted ...

The difference beteween the Parade Deluxe thread and Rods Batman thread is one big distinction.
Parade Deluxe was already confirmed that it was almost done and being worked on but the estate decided to release SOTT instead due to the upcoming contract being finished with WB...
Rods thread was no proof, he basically made his opinion and created a thread sounding like its an actual confirmed release, when there has been no talk of an upcoming confirmed BATMAN Deluxe.
Rod has a tendency to word things on purpose without proof or evidence and make them sound as fact which can be very misleading.
As for Parade Deluxe we already had confirmation like i said, that the estate was working on it before they decided to release SOTT instead, most likely due to the upcoming WB contract ending with the estate and switching over to Sony.
The rules clearly state on the ORG you can not create any false speculation threads regarding news or upcoming released without links or proof, and the majority of the time that is exactly what ROD does. [Edited 6/28/20 15:44pm]

[Edited 6/28/20 15:44pm] SNIP - OF4$ . Parade was NEVER confirmed, no more than Batman. But we all know they have no other choices to release them at some point. . SNIP - OF4$ .

Ok I understand, but people who said that Parade would be the next deluxe edition lied and it was a mistake, everybody can say wrong things ...
And rumours are not proofs, so when you say that something cannot be speculated and you need proofs, it means that only some people who have "contacts" can create topics, speak or speculate ?
If I want to create a topic about crystall ball and the possibility of having kamasutra among the boxset, would it be "legal" ? I don't know anybody who works for anything dealing with official Prince release, so how can I do ?
If someone post something, and I quote him, would it become "legal" ?
Therefore if I post something on another forum, even if it's pure speculation, would the only fact of quoting what I wrote with an other nickname somewhere else be enough to have credit for people who, obviously, can be sure about different kinds of rumours ... ?
What I'm trying to say is that the life of a fan is to fill his mind and spirit of rumours and facts; and before one single official annoucement, any potential release is a "potential" release (as I said those who said Parade would be the next deluxe edition were wrong and lied, and it doesn't matter) and everyone should be authorised to deal with it ...

They didn't "lie" about Parade not being released, they just chose to release SOTT before due to the contract with WB expiring...

Exactly, there were like 35 pages in the SOTT deluxe thread before any official announcement. 35 pages of pure speculation and fantasies, since nothing was confirmed. .
