It's just a suggestion, but have anyone thought of making the site front more interesting? I mean look at it - there's only purple colors and letters. And a orgnote flower if I'm lucky! What about putting a big nice picture of Prince, a symbol here and there (and everywhere) or just making the front more exciting and attractive?
with action - colors - o(+> and personalization! So everybody knows it's a site 4 Prince!

I love the org the way it is... v.2 is way better than v.1

My personal preference... since the front page is obviously going to be the most frequently visited, I think it is best to make it as fast and functional as possible. Who cares about eyecandy?

Nah it's not really what we do. There are plenty of sites that have galleries full of pictures of Prince on them, why try and be another one? Also it usually involves infringing someone's copyright, Prince's or whoever owns the photos... and we'd rather maintain our position as an "independent and unofficial fansite" and not cause ourselves any legal headaches.

Just my opinion. I wouldn't want the site to be any prettier or slower to load.

I notice that Ben is more traditionalist webdesigner & preferes html & a few images for quick info rather than frivelous flash & graphics. For a site like the org, ya just want to get to the point really.
