You have to use the shortened share link to embed (you get the link by clicking share on the videos page), i.e. https://youtu.be/rg_zwK_sSEY instead of https://www.youtube.com/w...g_zwK_sSEY Except now all the embedded videos are not showing up anyway.

Youtube requires Adobe Flash Player, which is being phased out. Mine also stopped working after a big Windows 10 update on 5/29/2019. Edge, IE or Chrome browser is not working and not just on this site. Updated Adobe and made sure it is allowed on prince.org, still not working.

From what I have gleaned from searching, Adobe cannot show anything that is not supported because the encryption has been changed, or removed.

I am not a techie by any stretch, so any info is appreciated.

I still have Windows 7.

No worries, I would LOVE to have Windows 7 back, but when my laptop died, Win 10 was the only option.

Anyway, even if you are Android or Apple, Adobe Flash Player is SOL. If not now, soon come.

Been searching, IDK, Microsoft Silverlight is one, but not many sites supporting as of now.

Also, Rodeo, your URL is showing up as a link, which makes it not work. Highlight the URL and click the break link to make it plain text. If videos will embed, that'll make it work.

Chrome has yet to do away with flash, but they are expected to in July with the release of their latest browser. But even then you will be able to use it...they will just not support it.


YouTube announced it would switch to HTML5--in 2015.

General Reply & Questions -

The reason they are all kicking it is because of safety vulnerabilities. My update history has Adobe security updates every few days.

Microsoft, apple and android will no longer encrypt it for use on their products is what I'm reading. Even the ones we already have.

How do you use it if it is not supported? And why would you want to if it is not safe or being updated for security?

As I said before, I am far from a techie.

Geez, still can't post videos... When is this going to be fixed?!!
