But seriously, I think out of respect to all those who have ever been molested by an adult, MJ threads should be banned. I only posted in this forum because I tried to do it in the MJ thread and the mods asked me to post it here. But it looks like the MJ thread got shut down so at least that is a start.

One day a very long time ago, I was listening to a radio station and they said something that stuck in my head. Whoever the disc jockey was said to the other disc jockey, "I don't think the public understands how much stuff comes across this desk that we are told not to say because it would permanently ruin the career of the entertainer".

There is a term for it and it escapes me at this time, but it is like quality control. As long as the persons product can still make money for that celebrity, and also make money for radio stations, record studios, or movie studios, etc, that person's rep will be as close to angelic as the PR team can keep it. Once they either die, get old, owe a ton of people money they have no intention of paying, etc, the damn breaks loose. My honest guess is that someone will write a tell all that is far seedier then "I'm with the Band" about rock stars like Jimmy Page, Steven Tyler, Mick Jagger etc of the seventies and just what preAids life was like for rock and rollers.
