1. Merge the Associated Artists forum with the Prince: Music and More forum. Now Prince is no longer with us, I think it's time to recognise that The Time, The Family, Sheila E etc are an integral part of his life and work and so many great topics/debates get swept under the rug because not many people check the Associated Artists forum. Maybe even do a poll on the main page to see if this is something the members here would like??

2. Dispense with the ridiculous amount of sticky's. They stick around far longer than they need to and are just annoying.

I know in the past the org has seemed somewhat reluctant to act upon the suggestions of its members, but I really think these two things would make a big difference to the overall experience of prince.org.

I think you should be able to discuss albums that were produced by Prince in the Prince section (The Times 80s albums, The Family, Sheila E's first three albums, Chaka's Come 2 My House, Vanity 6, Jill Jones etc) and keep a seperate forum for everything else. I mean, fDeluxe doing a new album really has little to do with Prince.

Ben has set up the Org to run a certain way and 99% of the time it works fine. The mods shuffle through every bit of stuff we post, making sure it all stays in the guidelines (which are pretty liberal, really).

I'm sure all the stickies are a temporary fix while we all use this place to help with the grieving process. Plus there are a shit ton of newbies here now and former members so the amount of new threads and repeat threads I'm sure was overwhelming at the end of April - June, July and even still.

I guess time will tell what this site was...and what it will continue to be.

Please don't include associated artists in the Prince music forum. I'd hate to have even more to dig through there to get to threads that interest me. Thank you.

I know there is way too many, but at some point when the dust settles on PP, the amount of stickies will subside.
