Hopefully maybe one day depending on who runs the estate. There's this very famous site among music collectors that allows bootlegs sharing that's been left alone by labels and copyright holders (though they forbade Prince bootlegs after he threatened sites for 1M 2 years ago, but he's probably the only banned artist over there). Some artists are even cool with boots: Björk for example had (maybe still has) a bootlegs discography on her official website. What i'm pretty sure of is that in not so long the ban on sharing YT videos will be lifted, because it's unheard of to forbid such a thing, it only happened in the purple world.
