Thank you Ben and all the moderators. I have been away from the Org for years before last week. But this was the first place I needed to come back to after losing Prince. I'm so glad you are still here. I'm so glad you have allowed us to mourn like this. I can't think of any other place that I could be that could help me through what I'm feeling. Thank you so much for all you do to keep this going.

Thanks guys; The Org has been our place of sanctuary for many a year.

intimately - none of us knew him when he was off stage.

Yet, he persists because no evil force has deprived us of his music, so Prince is not dead, but
very much still alive. I think the idea of adding on more moderators on a temporary basis is
a good idea as not all people grieve similarly. It may help some posters process their grief
if the Org can return to normalcy. Hell, if any forum needs a reduction in threads, it's the
Prince forum! This should not be viewed as disrespectul towards Prince, but how many threads
should be created where most of the sentiments are so similar?

Me too I left this place because of all the arguing and bitching about Prince- which album sucked, why the JW's ruined his music, why he should or should not have done watever, etc- but it has been a great refuge since he transitioned. I see it is dissolving again about Sheila E.s role, whether the Revolution should reunite, etc.- but I understand it is one big dysfunctional family who all wants to protect Prince's legacy. So it is good to be back amongst like-minded people. It's hard out there for a Prince fan with the regular media trying to paint him as a pill popper, AIDS infected control freak and all the other crazy rumors.
