I don't know if this has been brought up and answered already, but is there a possibility of the Org getting a mobile version of the site? It's actually a bit cumbersome to browse on a phone but that's usually how I experience it. I know it's a software related issue, but it might be worth investigating for those of us who aren't using Tapatalk (and even for those of us who are as I'm not sure if Tapatalk works with the Org or not.)
