Why can't we have paragraph indents in our posts...

Dear .org programmers: Why can't we separate our posts by paragraph? I would like to write more than a few sentences, but when I do, it looks rambling. Can we please jump into the 21st century with our technology please? Sank yuu velly much.

You have to hit the shift key + enter when you want a line break.





I just hit shift + enter 4 times.

This time I pushed enter 4 times without shift and there is no line break.

I agree with this though. Most forums you have 5 minutes to edit your post and fix typos and punctuation without it showing up as edited. That bugs me that you can't do that here.

Thank you so much for asking this, it's been a major annoyance to me as I do like using paragraphs instead of having everything jumbled together into one big blob. lol

Yeah these boards are pretty damn old, shouldn't have to jump through hoops to embed videos or activate hyperlinks. Also should be able to go directly to the most recent page in a thread, rather than having to click on the thread and then having to click on the last page of the thread.

I know board upgrades cost money ... maybe offset the cost with advertising revenue or donations?

It's the little box/page picture icon next to the time at the far right of every thread title that you just click on.

Hmmm, I'm thinking a "how-to" section somewhere here on the org might be a good idea.
