Please forgive me for my lack of computer knowledge, but how do you change a regular picture into only 15K?

You can use tools such as Paint Shop Pro in Windows to do that for you. If you're having trouble doing it, just email me the pic and I'll try and shrink it for you.

If the file size is more than 15k you can use a graphics program to compress it.

Paint Sho Pro has a feature to do, and a good program for this Xat.com's Image Optimizer - great for jpegs.

PS did you get the new Toejam & Earl game for Xbox

The original Toejam & Earl game on Sega Mega Drive (aka Sega Genesis) released in 1991 was one of the early things that got me into Funk music (and from there slowly but surely onto Prince), so I owe a lot to that game!.
