just above where you type... thre's a little picture of a tree... click on it... then post the url to the image

if it's one of your pics, it has to be uploaded to another site (like photobucket) first

Either right click on an image and then hit Copy, then in the post you are adding right click again and click Paste

or right click on the image, go to properties, copy the image link/address then in the post you are adding click on the Image icon(with the tree in it) and past the link in the Image URL space and hit Insert on the bottom left of the box
