and here we go...

i've been called an ageist, and i don't mind.

the truth is it's a bit disturbin that there are underaged

people chimin in on threads/post with explicit content.

alot of people would have second thoughts about

ingagin in such talk or havin someone ingage their

own child in such talk esspeacially with someone

who likes ingagin a child in such talk, SO, just in GD

can there be some 'moderating' of childrens post and topics

they can take part in???

or if not censerin whut they can do here

PUT A SYMBOL IN THEIR AVI so folks can know,

then you could also check your pervs lol

thank you for lookin into this matter

i here what your saying KinBad, it's kinda wrong having an adult conversation then someone chimes in who's the same age as my son eek .But i don't think theres anything we can do about it, but a symbol in the avitar is a good call. The last thing you'd want to see is a member flirting or something...you know what im saying... confused

That's an ongoing issue KingBad. It's actually one of the main reasons I left the chat room. So many kids.

As I've said before, I love kids and I love talking to kids. I respect them and their experience in life, but, there's a kid table for a reason. Not all topics/discussions are suitable for kids.

Yeah, I've been out my lane sometimes, I'll admit. I try not to. I've stayed out of those nasty ass threads for the most part now.

if one lies about their age SO BE IT

but to KNOW that you are ingagin a child in lewed (sp)

conversation is unthinkable, and disrespectful.

this all started about someone askin about

how people could let their kids write the way they do on FB

but seem to have no issue here (p.org) when it's the

same scenario. SO if it lies, not the prollum of this site.

but in truth of age age should be respected regardless

(ooops, irregardless lol) of maturity level...

People should be more cognizant of whom they share lewd and lascivious conversations with, IMO.

You should know better than to wipe your genitals all over the forum. Furthermore, if you share sexy discussions with someone online, you better do your due diligence or you're just a horned up pre-vert.

Age restriction shit is pointless and dumb. People lie and I ain't using my credit card to login to the org. That would, surely, be a death knell.

We better also check their ID's before they listen to any of Prince's albums up to 1998. It's possible they might hear words like fuck or pussy or shit.

Or they might hear him saying something about fucking the taste out of your mouth. Or hear him sing about fucking his sister.

And we can't have that. Because certainly none of us bought Prince records when we were underage.

Trust me, the discussion that's going on at the org is less NSF children than what these supposed children are listening to in the music that we're talkinga bout.

Or what they talk about in the lunch room at school.

If I had a child I would have no problem at all if it was listening to explicit lyrics. I hate children being exposed to violence in every movie they watch, but people cry out loud as soon as sex is involved. But this here is a very different situation IMO. It happens a lot that orgers in their 30s or 40s have talks with 12 or 15 year old children here about sex or whatever and have no idea they are talking to a child until somebody tells them and then they usually feel embarrassed.

With a very special thank you to Tina: Is hammer already absolute, how much some people verändern...ICH hope is never so I will be! And if, then I hope that I would then have wen in my environment who joins me in the A....

Internet-Related Safety Tips for Teens

Hints for teens to keep themselves safe online.

  1. Don't give out personal information about yourself, your family situation, your school, your telephone number, or your address.
  2. If you become aware of the sharing, use, or viewing of child pornography online, immediately report this to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at 1-800-843-5678.
  3. When in chatrooms remember that not everyone may be who they say they are. For example a person who says "she" is a 14-year-old girl from New York may really be a 42-year-old man from California.(1)
  4. If someone harasses you online, says anything inappropriate, or does anything that makes you feel uncomfortable, contact your Internet service provider.
  5. Know that there are rules many Internet Service Providers (ISPs) have about online behavior. If you disobey an ISP's rules, your ISP may penalize you by disabling your account, and sometimes every account in a household, either temporarily or permanently.
  6. Consider volunteering at your local library, school, or Boys & Girls Club to help younger children online. Many schools and nonprofit organizations are in need of people to help set up their computers and Internet capabilities.
  7. A friend you meet online may not be the best person to talk to if you are having problems at home, with your friends, or at school -- remember the teenage "girl" from New York in tip number three? If you can't find an adult in your school, church, club, or neighborhood to talk to, Covenant House is a good place to call at 1-800-999-9999. The people there provide counseling to kids, refer them to local shelters, help them with law enforcement, and can serve as mediators by calling their parents.
  8. If you are thinking about running away, a friend from online (remember the 14-year-old girl) may not be the best person to talk to. If there is no adult in your community you can find to talk to, call the National Runaway Switchboard at 1-800-621-4000. Although some of your online friends may seem to really listen to you, the Switchboard will be able to give you honest, useful answers to some of your questions about what to do when you are depressed, abused, or thinking about running away.(2)

Of course they do, doesn't mean that I want to cuss with them or talk sex with them or whatever.

Where I live, they just found a 15 year old girl in a local river. She'd been interneting with a 31 year old man and when she met him and refused to have sex with him, he killed her and dumped her in the river.

I have no intention of doing anything like that, nor do I really think anyone here does, but the point is they are CHILDREN and this is ADULT conversation.

At school, when the teachers cuss and talk/have sex with the children the teachers are fired.

Sorry, but IMHO it's just icky. As I mentioned before, I love kids and respect them, but I don't want to be naughty with them in any way whatsoever and I make an effort to have appropriate interactions with the kids here.

I'm firmly planted in denial
