But what you ban Dan because hw talks about pussy? ass? calling you guys out? hell tons of people have done this before and there not band...

I have seen people make flat out ignorant/racists/hateful comments on here and nothing has been done to them, yet you ban people that aren't trying to be asshole to everyone in there threads.

oldfriend's i think your a cool guy, and i always liked your post. And i have never been hateful or mean on here... but i have had people say some downright hateful, rude, and nearly ''psychotic'' thing's to me and just nothing is done about it.

But the people that do get banned usually are people that speak there mind, but there not a threat or making racists comments.

Dude I have had the same done to me, had some serious hate spewed out at me, openly and in private.

And when I became a mod the hate turned up times 6

I there is something that someone is crossing the rules with u then I can say I was not notified

I try my best to be fair and understanding of others here, and try to keep threads open and on target. That was always my problem with members since I joined how people just so easily and quickly turn a thread/post/topic into a totally different thing. People come here with their personal agendas and are ready to do their thing and get people angry at times.

I know cyberspace attracts all kinds, especially those who are 'punks' in real life, they can easily be 'bullies' in cyberspace

I can't speak for everyone, but I can see the 'ban list' and there are notes made that you can see what was happening up to that point. So it's not just people speaking their mind.

lol trust me, I was banned/suspended when I first joined for 'speaking my mind' and all I was doing was breaking a rule and instigating a fight with a mod. And they tried to work with me on the side and help me understand. I wasn't having it cause "my rights" were being violated etc etc

I learned.

Always bashing others, always negative, claiming uninformed (as you say, "ignorant") things without even a simple check on google or reading through previous posts. Making uncalled for personal insults and name calling. I've certainly been a victim myself. In my experience. And there have been a few times, when he chooses to be serious, I was surprised by his completely serious, reasonable, and well-thought-out posts in PM&M (about Prince's MUSIC - really!) and in P&R. Maybe he broke some rules, but surely, he's not malevolent.

we have lists of the other names, so that's all in check.

Not too long ago somebody posted in GD admitting they'd had like 8 or so names, and had been banned 5 times. Then they got banned again after admitting it, but still... apparently the mods don't pay a great deal of attention to that. Some forums can check and/or ban IPs, but apparently Prince.org doesn't.
