About your username... 2the9's, when was the actual last time you listened to the song "2 the 9's?" Same question goes for Moonbeam (Levels) and SupaFunkyOrganGrinderSexy (even though that's two songs) and all others with Prince songs as logins - is the song a big deal to you, or did it just sound cool? | |

It keeps a Prince theme 4 me on a site like this. It sounds cool, It is cool, as is the song & video...In terms of it being a big deal? NO. Its all in fun. | |

lol I haven't listened to it in a while, although I do love the song (sans rap). When I was looking for a username here on the Org I just kind of checked to see what everybody else did so I would fit in. Some people chose songs and 2the9s was the first group of words that sounded vaguely name-worthy that came to mind (though I've never liked it). I don't even remember if I was listening to the song at the time or not. | |

Today! "Moonbeam Levels" is a very personal song for me. Prince has never sounded so desperate, in need of a savior. He's looking for "a better place to die" even though at the end there is a glimmer of hope ("he don't really wanna die") that saves him. It's just such a powerful song with which I identify very much. | |

I loved this song since I heard the snippet on the website (when they were pre-selling CB) It reminds me of being online & it's just kickass I listen to it a decent amount, it depends. Never tire of it though, it's my fave from CB  I never met you, but I LOVE you & I will forever!! Thank you for being YOU - my little Princey, the best to EVER do it | |

The song Calhoun Square as it appears on Calhoun Square is barely even a song. Lyrics are just nonsense, and Prince's vocals are very rough and raggedy. And he even ruins that nice little guitar chorus with cheesy synth string sounds in the background. Come to think of it, CD2 of Crystal Ball is just a big stinkfest
