You have to put url before and /url after.

um...i purposely removed the hyperlink since i actually wanted you guys to look at the thread. idk if its fixed now but at the time, clicking any org links were redirecting to to the wrong posts.

The links have been broken for ages and ages.

If you simply paste in a hyperlink (for anywhere on this site), you get sent somewhere weird.

To make it work, you need to paste the link in, "unlink" it, and then put it between [ url ] and [ /url ] (minus the spaces of course). That's what luv4u meant - I'm sure she realised you'd deliberately removed the faulty hyperlink.

In any case, evidently what happened was langebleu forgot about the link issue and simply pasted in the redirect, which should have directed readers to http://prince.org/msg/12/370103 but clearly didn't - very easy oversight, we've all done it, but because the thread was locked, no one could point it out (although you could have messaged him directly...)

The reason for locking was presumably that it was a dupe post, as there was already a thread about it in Concerts.

Why a Versace event qualifies as a concert, given that it's effectively a private function and there's no way (AFAIK) to buy tickets to it, I don't know, but I'm pretty sure that's the reason.
