The gossip threads in GD are abundant and popular. But gossip isn't GD, its something totally different.

I left the groups that i was added to ( unasked ) with all that stuff and most of the type of orgers that publically there too are off my list now

I thought the OP was asking for a gossip forum to talk about celebrities, not orgers.

A gossip forum about orgers would never fly. That's why a banned orger started the one on Facebook.

I think GD does need to be broken down a bit because we end up with a bunch of lame threads pushing back decent threads to the 2nd and 3rd page. Maybe we could have a whole NSFW forum, I think that people would know then what "adult" and if teens went in there that was not our fault. It is the NSFW forum!

Like take the fisting thread or the how-to-prepare-for-anal-sex threads. Some orgers felt that we went too far because Prince.org is a Prince Rogers Nelson fansite and people don't log onto a fansite to read about fisting. Well my feeling is the fisting thread did not take place in Prince Music and More.

But then again, some people go onto GD to make friends. Is it horrible for 16 year old fans to try and make friends with other fans?

what is or isn't a decent thread is pretty subjective though

I just think that if we would break GD down into two forums that would be the easiest to have a lively forum of its own and we would not have to worry about people not wanting it moved there because I am sure that most orgers would keep an eye out for what is happening on that forum.

People hate having their topic moved to P&R because it is the death nell for a decent thread. I have gone to P&R and posted there and the regular orgers completely did not look at my post. They just looked past them and went on to debating with their usual debate adversaries.

I agree with the idea of having a NSFW forum, there are a lot of young people here. That or ask people to not be so graphic in their titling, leave it for within the thread.

I have only been an orger since 2009 so I don't know everything. I didn't know there was a sex forum. If there was one what happened to it?

You could basically say that this forum got maltreated, abused, raped and fucked up within a couple of months. With all the best intentions tho'.

I agree with the idea of having a NSFW forum, there are a lot of young people here. That or ask people to not be so graphic in their titling, leave it for within the thread.

Personlally I would rather people know that a thread is going to be all about anal sex before they open the damn thing then have some coy title that implies something else, like enemas. Some people have enemas in order to cleans their system and might log on to a thread thinking it would be about such things and include the subject of fasting.

If the OP started the post to talk about cleaning in preparation for anal sex the diet person might get more than they are comfortable reading about when they open it.

If the title is clearly sexual than no one should be offended by anthing graphic that is posted there. Like P&R Prince fans go the length of the bell curve. We have people that are quite conservative about sex toys, bondage, etc and we also have the opposite extreme and everything in between. A vanilla sex person should be able to judge by the title if a thread is for them or something they'll find TMI.

I guess I am changing this up. I did not mean to. I wonder how many gossip threads we are running at any time. This is basically celebrity gossip right? "Celebrity" being anyone that might get a chance at being on Dancing with the Stars which includes big stars down to Sarah Palin's daughter and Chaz Bono.

I don't really watch T.V. That new show modern family is funny. But I have nothing to add to any reality T.V. show because I seldom watch them. I have no clue how many of these threads are running at any given time. Would threads like "the most disfunctional celebrity couple" go in there? I guess it would wouldn't it? Most of them I am aware of from listening to the radio.
