Hi mods,

Please keep updating the news more frequently, a lot of the more casual fans only come on here to get the latest fix on news but other sites are starting to steal your thunder on this. When other news outlets are reporting Prince playing in the UK but you are not, its starting to look bad.

The PPML always used to be first for news, please keep it up.

This is a great site, pls spend more time updating news rather than relocating threads which isnt' that important in the grand scheme of things.

You do good work so keep it up - lets keep this the great site that it is.

actually a good idea. It will also let orgers know that this has already been posted and keep reposts to a minimum.

Maybe a friendly orgnote to a mod with what's on your mind would have been a better idea........just saying.

Well I'm sure people have done that already. as there's a thread complaining of that. Hopefully this will get things done quicker as part of this site's selling point is NEWS!

If there is ever something newsworthy you can send it via the front page where it says 'send us a story'. Although I've noticed that there are several different threads started about this here and in the concerts forum. You might make it easier if you can send the link to one of the threads in the above link.

Thanks - think mods are on sleep mode or under staffed as this thread should have been deleted or locked and the news put up on the front page by now.

I'm sure the mods are aware of the news, its on the BBC website for crying out loud and the promoter has publicly CONFIRMED it. Tickets have been sold.

It's quiet here and the mods don't seem to visit often. Might take awhile to get on the front page. I agree it should be on the front page... if negative Prince news can get on the front page, this should be on the front page.

Hell...i'm tempted to report my own post to a moderator to get it updated LOL.

Maybe if there was a European mod, Euro news would get put up faster? Dunno if any mod is from outside the US or not, just sayin'.

Reporting posts is going to be the best way to communicate with a mod about stuff like this.

Ok thanks Mars, please get someone onto this, the European dates need to be added too, I believe they are confirmed too.

Why don't you have an org rule where the news has to be checked and posted up every 3 days or something just to keep it all up to date - rather than putting lots but in one bash like it has been?

I log in about once a week these days, folks. We have asked Ben to add mods for that forum so hopefully we can get news updated more frequently.
