I've had an avatar issue with the org going on....2 years now I think. I used to be able to see them....now I can't. not mine, not yours...nobodies! It seems an avatar (here) is an .AVA file type wich is an adobe photoshop file type. I don't have Adobe Photoshop...but I seem to be the only one having this issue and I can't be the only one who doesn't have photoshop. I've looked on line for other applications that will open .AVA files but...photoshop seems to be the only one I come up with.

Am I the only one with this issue?

is there anyone here who doesn't have photoshop and CAN see avatars? if so what program/application does it use to view .ava files?

It's not a photoshop issue. I don't have photoshop and have no issue seeing avatars. It COULD be that you do not have the free adobe reader installed though.

That must be infuriating. I know you've mentioned this before, but I forget your answers: Is it only on the org that you can't see avatars? Or can you go on other discussion boards and see them? And you've tried multiple computers and multiple web browsers, right?

One suggestion I would have is to fiddle with your monitor's resolution. Try a different setting to see if that helps.
