It is a hit and miss. People work during the week, time zones, etc.
It's not abandoned.
Can you expect it to have folks in there 24/7? Folks do have a life too ya know.
Wait till Prince is on tv (such as the superbowl) and the chat will be filled up
I frequent the place

Hell, we use to be. Maybe not 24/7,but pretty damn close. To answer the original question, chat use to be active, a lot of fun and crazy. Then it just became crazy. Filled with over sensitive, kill-joys who thought they could impress Prince by holding Bible study in there every night and reporting to the Mods anything they didn't like. Good people were banned or left. Now it's just boring. I'm firmly planted in denial |

That's really sad when folks think they can just come in and literally "run" the room and cause trouble.
