Where's my account? Site Problems Hi there everyone,
Sorry for the inconvenience last night - there was a site-wide fault that affected everyone's accounts including my own and made it look as if your account had been deactivated. It was a bug which was introduced with some recent additions to the site software. Anyway Ben has done his magic again and the site seems to be operational again. In the meantime we're wading through the hundreds of emails we received from people panicking about their account being deleted... Most people took the problem in good humour... but as always, there was one person who became a Mister Angry. He threatened to report Prince.org to the Better Business Bureau!  Errr great, except we're not a business so good luck with that

I was shocked when I tried to log on last night and it said that my account had been deactivated.My first thought was,I pissed somebody off on a thread and they reported me to the moderator...lol... | |

you were, mister. thread removed! apparently it's not "work-safe" ... meaning people who are looking at the org while at work might get in trouble. hey geniuses, you should be getting in trouble at work for looking at the org at all. i hope all your stupid, lazy, deadbeat asses get fired. | |

I got the same message. He threatened to have us removed from our positions and take over himself. He also identified himself as an "officer of the law" (hey, I'm an "officer of the court"--I guess we kinda have something in common!) and claimed to be with the Los Angeles Police Department... how that's relevant, I don't know.Please note: effective March 21, 2010, I've stepped down from my prince.org Moderator position. |
