While sueing someone's ass of is typical for Americans, as seen from my perspective, we do have plenty of reasons to sue him. Yet nobody ever does and when someone does it he settles, he loses or we don't hear anything from it.

I don't think that it can be changed by us. It would have to be changed by one of the owners of this site.
