If you click on an orger's name and the "view a user's profile" appears does that mean that person is no longer registered on the site?

Do you mean the org profile doesn't show up and the site is prompting you to enter a different user's name?

That happens when an orger has been banned (temporarily or permanently) as well as when someone deletes their own profile. I don't know if it happens any other times.
