i'm not much in the way of politics
never have been really, yet i can't
help but to think that there is the
smell of politics in the deletion
of FUNKSHA's account.
TRUE, i am not the best person in
the world to represent anyone in
an open forum, but i have my opinions.
1) there is never going to be a time when
we all agree.
2)due to the backgrounds we all have (individually)
our experiences dictates the manner
we choose to respond to any given ctalist.
3)not everyone is privy to whut
it's like on the other side of that track
4)like me, not everyone is fluent in bullshit.
ie. maken it sound good.
5) no matter how you get the message
as long as you get it, you should feel blessed.
ANYWAY...
i don't feel that there was any justification in the deletion of the FUNKSHA account.
CAN YOU SHED SOME LITE ON ATHAT FOR ME???

Funksha is gone?

I had no problems with Funksha.
I found her much less offensive than some others.
I mean much much less.
I have had very very harsh things said to me, but I do not
get into name-calling, even though I have been called names.
One night I was cursed out by an orger...I did not report
to moderator nor did I respond in kind.
If I had a more volactile (spelling?) personality, maybe I
would be gone by now, too.

I had no problem with Funksha.

We knew all along who "Funksha" was. The reason you are still here is that we've given you the benefit of the doubt the second time round. Don't give us a reason to boot you, and you won't be booted.

We're not obliged to provide an explanation. But I'll give you a quick summary:

SweeTea was removed from the site last year because she was simply too much of a burden - she created too much work for the moderators, and she was quite abusive to the staff that run this site. That along with her incessant flaming, race-baiting and ranting got her account deleted.

After the account was removed, she continued harrassing myself and Ben in emails with some extremely abusive messages.

She came back as Funksha and being the charitable souls that we are, we decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and see if she'd learnt anything from the previous experience. We left her alone, she proceeded to continue flaming and creating more trouble as with the old SweeTea days. So that account has also been deleted.

The post BAD has just re-posted was clearly referring to Funksha's post about "IceNine getting her kicked off" - I said that if she didn't give us a reason to kick her off, we wouldn't. She later did, so we did.

End of story.
