Is there a bug or virus on the Org?

Sometimes when posting a message, I get a pop-up window asking for my name and password. I have to hit "cancel" numerous times before it goes away.

This has happened on two separate computers, in two different locations. One is my MacBook at home; the other a Dell at my wife's office.

Of course I'm not about to enter that information. But I want to make sure this isn't an Org-wide bug or something.

Thoughts? Anyone else get this?

I dunno if there is an org bug going on.

I've never encountered a pop up window ever.

It is weird

Haven't seen a thing or heard any other reports.
Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it.

At first, I figured it was a "me" thing, even though I am on a superior Mac that never gets bugs, and I never go to websites that are known to promulgate viruses (read: I don't go to porn sites).

But then I got the same pop-up box on an IBM computer at an entirely different location, using an entirely different internet hook-up.

Maybe I'm a carrier!

Anyway, if you see it, be careful.

If you see it again, post a cap of the window. I'd like to see what it looks like.

RodeoSchro, run a trial version of a Mac malware detector. It's most likely part of your computer. There are some Adobe malware infections doing the rounds that can be attached to PDFs and on occasion will effect a Mac. I'm curious as to what browser you are using. Firefox seems to be a favorite target as of late for these types of things.

Thanks, I'll try that.

But what confuses me is that the window doesn't come up often, but only comes up when I'm typing a post.

And second, the same pop-up came up when I was on the org on a PC at my wife's office. If it's a Mac thing, then why would it come up on a PC?

Do you think there's any way my account, and not the whole org, has some glitch?

Maybe I overloaded it with humor?

I just got the box again. I had to hit "Cancel" 13 times before it went away. And the page didn't stop loading the entire time, even after I cancelled out of the box. FYI, I was trying to post on the Tiger Woods thread.

Here is the text that was in the box:

Do you happen to use Flickr? There's a discussion on that same issue and possible resolves - here:
