Who besides US knows who Ben is? In what was is ben getting famous or notoriety from this? he hardly participates so it's not like he's an attention whore. And PFU is par tof that. The song was being played on youtube. His bef was with youtube gettign hits with his music regardless of the subject matter. If youtube hosts anything with his likeness etc then kaboom. The going after it is a deterrent to prevent it fomr happening again, making peple think twice. Hell, there are people who knowingly put booted material on their site JUST TO GET SUED and have that notoriety and claim "free the music and look at my site." "Remember?" It doesn't seem to be going directly to the mods at the Org or the other unofficial fan sites, but dr.fb's site instead, and then info gets posted here by fans who happen to catch it on dr.fb's site. Lately, that seems like how most here are getting access to any upcoming info. because dr.fb's site is a free site and can be easily accessed. I still don't see why he wouldn't survive with his career, when there's all kinds of ways to get info out about any upcoming performances/appearances.
