On & off connection-access to the site ?

Hi, i noticed having trouble to get connected to the org. At some moments i mainly get a blank page,
and after waiting a few minutes it's back online. This has been happening frequently the last few hours.

Been happening to me too.

Only on Firefox though, works fine on IE.

Solution - delete cookies, retry, works fine.

Okay cool, i also just installed IE because i mainly used Safari from Mac.
Had same connection-trouble with Firefox though so i'll delete the cookies there as well.

Thanx !

No problem.

It keeps happening to me - about every 5 minutes or so. Deleting the cookies does work, but it's a pain in the hole.

A friend kindly did some investigation and found the follwing :

Which suggests that there may or may not be a problem with the latest versions of Firefox and Safari.

There is something odd going on. Shortly after my last reply, the org disappeared completely. Wouldn't work for me in Firefox or Explorer.

For a while it was coming and going in 5 minute cycles, but seems to be back for the moment.

It's not a server problem - i.e. nothing to do with prince.org itself (I had a friend check and he had no problem accessing while I couldn't).

It's not my machine or isp - access to all other sites is unaffected.

I'm inclined to say that there is a problem with the latest verions of FF, and it's something to do with cookies and/or updated server info.

I had a similar issue a couple of weeks ago with a joomla site, where the server info had changed, but removing the old cookie sorted that one out.

This time the problem keeps recurring, and it's affecting both IE and FF.

Curious.

I've had the same issues. Had problems logging on this morning, and could not access the org around midnight on Monday, through part of Tuesday morning.
RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.
