Why? I mean seriously...why? I do not know if you are aware of this, but teh interwebz are a big place. There is room for more than one fucking Prince website. I really want to know why some Prince fans/fams/whatever-the-hell-you-are have it in their heads that sites like the .org MUST close down just because Prince puts up a site to shill his latest cd(s). Yes, I said shill. Contrary to what some of you may think, that site exists for the sole purpose of SELLING A PRODUCT. It will not walk your dog or cure your herpes. Prince will not analyze the site traffic, figure out where you live via your IP address and show up on your doorstep and profess his love for you. I mean, you all are aware that the moment lotusflow3r cools off (assuming it ever even heats up in the first place, let's be real here) the site will go the way of ALL OTHER OFFICIAL PRINCE SITES THAT CAME BEFORE IT? The fact is that without the org Prince fans and Prince himself would be no where.
