Event alerts - every 20 minutes Why do I get the same event alert every 20-30 minutes, and for one in the past?

I was going to leave it on to help in troubleshooting, but I'm about ready to bail on event alerts altogther. | |

I've recieved at least 75-100 of them! Some are a minute apart, some are hours apart. I sent and email to the org to please correct this problem, but I NEVER recieved anything back!!
