standard vbulletin software doesn't allow pm's to be read by anyone other than the account holder, but there is a hack that allows administrators to be able to read pm's. the hack is usually used to ensure users of forums don't break rules or spam etc

that's not to say HQ did or didn't allow it, i'm just pointing out the facts. normal mods usually can't read pm's on forums. admins of busy sites usually don't have the time or inclination unless they beleive something untoward is going on

there are a whole pile of cool vbulletin mods/hacks to make moderators lifes easier

I'm going to sit back and have some and & watch how the next chapter of this HQ saga unfolds.

A) I miss HQ a huge amount - Prince might be an immense pain from time to time, but HQ made that pain so much more bearable

B) I hope that this is a good sign of some sort, but things have come to a pretty pass when the source of sense and sensibility in the "world'o'Prince" has turned as cryptic as the man himself.
