What is the reason this thread was taken down?

All the pictures have been publicly released. Are we as fans not allowed to post picture threads?

All of the pictures were from officialy released material.

Does Prince secretly run this site? I read the site rules, where were they broken? What are the guidlines for picture threads. None of them were offensive, they were merely pictures of Prince wearing disguises or makeup.

I don't understand a fan site that monitors simple pictures. As far as I can tell there was nothing illegal going on. Could someone please let me know what the dealio is. Thanks

I enjoyed it, but there was a picture that was not officially released but they could have just removed it.

All pictures that are released on this site are "official"? Whatever, that means. I've seen concert pictures, couple of personal pics, pics from other sites and sources. I've seen and personally posted screencaps before, I'm just confused about the inconsistencies. I thought it would be fun for everybody to see those. I'm confused by the flexible rules. If I did something inappropriate, I'm apologize, I just asking for clarification.
