shanti0608	It is interesting to see that there is no constancy with some mods. Some get snipped and get a warning, some just get banned without a snip or a warning. Incredible. No need to follow procedures as instructed to email admin if you have an issue or disagreement. Fair enough.

No, not fair enough. What is the point in having rules if the mods don't follow them? If they are supposed to follow protocol then they should without petty little hissy fits getting in the way.
