PLEASE TAKE NOTE and Thank you. You know I have to step up to the plate and say a few things straight up.
You know when you read about all of the wonderful and interesting comments on the Prince.org with some less fortunate to make the grade of "kind". I have to admit I don't read all the posts, due to the fact, oft times there lacks a sense of respect. Nobody tells you what to do with your money you make in this life time unless you allow it. Nobody indicates how you should live your life unless you choice others opinions, actions or suggestions and/or you choose to make the choice. It is your responsibility to treat another with the actions you want to be treated with. If you cannot recognize the hurtful words that are said in action towards another than how are you truly treating yourself. You have to know to put into action with thought then words typed on a keyboard or cell phone and posted or spoken. You don't just wake up one day and say, "G I'm going to say something to somebody, who may in turn change their life none for the better". I believe everybody on this prince.org has the capacity to treat each and every person with some descency and respect even in one ounce of love and kindness. Life isn't a competition of who does better or who has more money and infact of, who knows who. Life is Loving One Another. For the past years and years I have seen Mr. Nelson, as well as others (please include me with forgiveness, however) being harmed in words - this isn't what Prince.org was originated with. prince.org was originated with a sense of FUN and sharing in what Mr. Nelson was sharing with the world. A place to represent what has been shared with us all. Now, I am not after anybody in any way shape or form and that includes Mr. Nelson, but I will say this... with much respect for everybody - simply put... Just Love One Another before you don't have time to love anybody at all... and that IS a fact. Take Care QuietSeven | |

Sometimes I think that people are in protective shells in a way, and in a room where people are meeting with minds that are talking, it can be like a thousand emotions rolling around in a tumbler. I don't care 4 the repetitive disrespect either, although I can see someone's frustration at times. Frustration and behavior are about discipline. I have to agree with quietseven. This is supposed to be a fun place to gather, and alot of times it turns very harsh. but I guess it's human nature. We tend to cause unwanted negative thoughts. I wondered how people could call themselves fans, and find so much fault with him....either you like Mr. Nelson, or you dont.....I'm sure he knows his faults (just like we see them).....but who wants people to dwell on that? but like I said it's human nature.....I'm not comparing Mr. Nelson to Jesus----but if in three days Jesus' followers turn on him for a murderer.....what do you think we would do to each other? | |

I honestly think Prince would much rather have us be honest on here.. be it brutal at times and maybe too brutal at times....There's a lot of everything on here....If nobody cared they wouldn't bother to say anything and move on....I feel it's good for him and everyone included to see the good, the bad and the ugly....I'm truly sorry that you are so upset...If I were Prince I certainly would want to know all I could about how people truly feel. He's been booed off stage before.... and he got this far.... try to see it as respect, if it is honesty then that is what it is even if it's harsh This thread in itself is a bit of expanding the negativity.... start something fun on here if that's what you want there's plenty of room for all of us..... Far too often in M&M, comments that don't tend towards slavish praise and worship of Our Hero are criticized as bashing or hating. That, to me, is a deeply immature attitude, and part of what makes me reluctant to tell others that I'm a Prince fan. Prince isnt God Prince is judged by many people based on what kind of image he puts out to the public/media and etc. Prince is in the music industry.Pro and Con things WILL happen.
