FORUM CULTURE I noticed that there is a strange forum "culture" that seems to be part of each forum.
There's a definate pace, tone, and quality to each area of the org that is inique. For example, in General Discussion friends always call each other "idiot" or say "fuck you" and it's viewed largely as being affable between folks who know each other to some degree. But if you refer to someone as "idiot" in P&R you could get banned, or say "fuck you" in Prince Music & More, you'll get snipped or phone numbers in orgnotes. I think I'm losing my touch in GD. I don't understand it's hidden language anymore with all those strang youn tikes and their hip lingo. P&R is more my speed cause no matter what I say, it's just a bunch of folks patting themselves on the back for how they worded their argument rather than the substance of it anyways--so I can say anything. As far as this forum, it's like the "hell suggestion" box in the Far Side comics, where you see folks in the background burning in the fires while in the office, all the devils are reading the suggestions and busting a gut.
