But are there moderator cliques?


Mum's been the word on who CarrieMpls hates, and we all know she must hate somebody by now. Nobody is hate free.

I just wonder which moderator she likes the least. I wonder how that affects the way the cooperate.


It's one thing for an orger to have to learn to be civil--we have no responsibility but to ourselves. But when moderators hate each other, it must be terribly difficult cuase they are responsible for the entire well being of this site.


So mods, who do you hate? And how have you had to learn to cooperate despite this hatred. Do you find personality conflicts actually affect dealings? Or have you reached an agreed level of bi-laws that you conduct business by?
Is it a formal list of things, or just an understanding?

I think that their hatred for certain members unites them, so that hatred among moderators is virtually non-existent. They all share a common goal.
