Just wondering if when one is banned, their account is still in sort of a suspended animation,
and that's why their avatar and signature line is still readable in the forums vs. when one cancels their account,
and everything that was attached to their account gets removed as well?

I've noticed that when a friend of mine cancelled their account, on my buddy list, it just reads as "(Account Deleted)"
whereas one who has been banned, can still be placed in my buddy list.


Weird observation, but is this really the case?

My account was briefly put in suspended animation.
When it was awakened,
it immediately started yelling out "BUCKYYYY....!!!!"
I slapped it a couple of times to calm it down & then explain to it that it was my account & not Capt. America.
