From what I've read here there was some chick who went to a soundcheck and took a sand dollar to Prince as a gift. Apparently the shit broke (or Prince broke it by accident)and this chick was pissed. There have been a lot of chicks who have been pissed at soundchecks. Another chick took some sort of CD of her music and she too was pissed when she didn't like Prince's response... So, sand dollars have been thrown around here as a joke... you should have been there, really. | |

Basically, Oceana went to see Prince in concert and took a Sand dollar as a gift for him, she gave it to him at the soundcheck, he bit into it thinking it was candy, it broke in his mouth and she freaked. She posted a long ass thread about it. | |
