prince.org meet n greet ideas - let's collect some Would you consider planning in advance a prince.org meet n greet? You know, take advice on what folks are willing to do, money issues, and who's gonna help with what?
Scheduling it as close to or within the week of the Celebration IF it happens? Perhaps the day before? I for one, really would have loved to know who everyone was, as I spent a lot of time trying to figure out who was from the org! Perhaps an org night at the Park where we all agree to wear our prince.org t-shirts! Just some ideas... I just know others will add more interesting ideas...right?

What happened at the last one?
Wasn't there something similar at this year's Celebration?

Wasn't there something similar at this year's Celebration? It was held in a (?) conference room at a hotel, I cannot remember the name of the hotel...but as small as it was - and for the short time I was there...there were balloons, a few souveniers, and snacks...nametags were given out, and Under The Cherry Moon (VHS) was playing on a television set... If there were an rsvp or some sort of lottery ticket sold - perhaps a dollar each for a Princely prize of some sort, more people would attend, AND there would be far more activities planned, perhaps more videos, and trivia contests... I know it seems far away, and perhaps even seems far-fetched, but IF there is going to be one...wouldn't it be nice to collect various ideas, as we come up with them throughout the year...and perhaps voting on it nearer to the event?

To be honest, the idea of all of us being in the same country at the same time is probably not very realistic Ben lives in Spain, I am currently living in the UK, and Matt is in the US.
Such issues can be discussed online just as easily though...

Did you think I meant get-togther to discuss? No, sweety - I meant discuss right here in the discussion forum with HOPES of more org members getting together during the Celebration, if it even happens!
