I love that there is an active black community in P&R. I feel that there have been a lot of growing pains with regards to race issues in this forum but I for one am happy to see such active participation by black members who are sharing with the broader P&R audience their world and what makes it go round. Of course this is not to say that all blacks have all the same experiences but there are many experiences that most share and which are unique to the community and I am glad to learn about them.
