How is it that any given time and date there are thousands guests online?

I do believe it is correct. For the first time I checked today and I've been on an off on the org and around 12.00 there were about 5000 guests but a couple of hours later there were only 2300 guests so it was pretty quiet.

Over 2000 guests is still a lot considering those who are always online, you have to value that in perspective, it does not make sense otherwise!

Maybe 200 or 500 max is more appropriate in that case!

Edit: It would also be interesting to know how many members are from each continent online. Shame there is no possibilty to check that here - I know from another fan site you can - and it is astonishing! It has an affect like parasite

i know we saw an increase in readership following the superbowl and princefansunited ordeal...maybe folks have become regular readers afterwards...
