Agreed. Actually, I'd suggest that both male and female, even with a string, could be NSFW. It's pretty borderline IMHO. For example, if we're going to use the "beach test"... consider the swimsuits pictured above (the five women and the guy sporting the "Borat" suit). While they may be enough to avoid criminal charges of indecent exposure, in many places, they'd likely offend some people and result in complaints. It also depends upon the location. I'm sure that type of swimsuit is no big deal in, say, Miami. But I've never seen anyone try to get away with it on the average Cape Cod beach (aside from the Provincetown area).
