How come sometimes you post a pic and everything's groovy, and then you go back to the thread and the pic doesn't display?

The pic is on your temporary files folder so only you can see it. The others see a red x.
Once you leave and return you can't see it either

When you visit a site where a pic is located it saves the pic in your PC so it loads faster next time you visit that page. That's what temp files are for.
