I know we've talked about this in the chat, and this is the thing that annoys me. The link automatically goes in to the browser. So when I'm typing in a new address it get intterupted by this, and also when I'm typing in the chat the first two words don't work.

I like it as it currently is

Is Java the format where it doesn't have to "refresh itself" every twenty seconds? If it is, then I'm happy to sign your petition!

I'd probably go to the chatroom more often if it was like most chatrooms, a constant flow of chatting.

I hate that it refreshes itself and creates a less active environment for discussion... I reaaaaalllly hate that!

hell, even it if was just a shortcut to a spinchat room like the old Holy River was, that would be nice.

UGH please not Java. Javascript. -- all the power of Java with refreshing, etc, but no horrible app-loading and slowdown of your computer to a crawl.

People keep asking for new shit, demanding in some cases, without ever considering what a tremendous load of work that would be for Ben. The chat works as it is, it has for a million years. Give it a rest.

I miss the good old days before anybody had a family or decent jobs - all mods in the chat on a regular basis, mingling with us regular folks. Back when we didn't have any emoticons besides the most common ones and hugs were old school ((()))

It refreshes every 20 secs, it's not that bad. I remember the old days too but I found it weird cos there were two chats and people were always talking about what was going on in one chat while they were in the other at the same time and I find that incredibly dumb. It's like carrying on MSN/Yahoo convos and explaining what you said in the chat.

.org chat has been my fave chat place.

I like it as is.

That being said...org chat is my home...whatever happens to it, I'll adapt.
