Fixes and add-ons to to the orgnotes function:
Increase the limit of orgnotes to 100.

Add a "To" hyperlink to the buddies list next to the textbox to copy the name inside the textbox.

Allow images...perhaps limit size to the largest size of smilies used at the org...

Add-on's to the chatroom:
I would add the ability of linking limited sized images to the chatroom.

I would add the auto-kick for spammers to the chatroom.

Fixes and add-ons to to the forum:
Add a spell-check for the forum.

Add the discussion forum categories to the homepage along with the newest/most active.

Make all discussion forum hyperlinks connect to their respective forum when clicked.

I would repair the search function, adding in advanced search options...

Oh, and yeah, deleting orgnotes without opening them
would be nice.

I'd change the name of the site and call it www.ian.org. And I'd have mandatory discussion of video games
