Someone told me that there is a feature in which you can upload a jpg to the org and then use that URL to post the picture in a post. Is this true and if so, where do I access this feature?

just like the url code you see to the left of your reply as you're typing it. When you find a pic on the web, if it's one of those that you can click on and it opens up another page, then you can highlight whatever is in the address bar and right click, hit copy and paste the address between the [img] and closing [img]...

Does that make sense?

Yup, that tag works. Let me just respectfully request that people use it "responsibly," because if things get out of hand with images (I've already had to delete a few porn pics), Ben might disable it entirely.
