How does one address public slander on here or is that something that can really be addressed?

Can you expand on that and be more specific??

The whole concept is bizarre. First of all, no one goes by their actual name, much less have harm in a community. Community of WHAT? Cyberspace?
You can spend the $$$ consulting an attorney...but if some teenager commits suicide as a result of a neighbor's website actions, and there's no legal repercusions,(check the news) how are you going to prove harm to your reputation based on comments here?
