For those who are leaving, will you cancel your account or will you still visit from time to time?

I'm considering for different reasons. This will in no way influence my decision but wanted to know what everyone else was doing.

I am going to wait for the most harassing statement to be said about Prince behind his back, record the date, and report it, until then, I'll just sit back, and see how many Prince friends are really here.

Have you missed that it's impossible to say anything about Prince behind his back these days? He's got the Web Sheriff to report us. It's just a pity for him that freedom of speech is in the constitution so individual users can NEVER be stopped from having an opinion, unless it breaks the law like actually threatening Prince's life of something like that. As it were that is now redundant since he's in the process of committing artistical suicide.

People who cancel their Org accounts for whatever reason are stupid and silly to me - all you have to do is to not log on.

I find it hard to believe anyone would delete their account, after being here for years, and interacting with other members on a regular basis.
Sure it's just a website, but you get to know people and their humor, and sensitivities etc.
It's not like the 3121 site is going to have open forums, gallery, and entertaining posts about Prince that are unflattering, but harmless.

Who's being punished by the act?
I can understand feeling bad about no more photos, but that's just the way it is right now.

I never understood the purpose of deleting one's account. I'm not just talking about as it relates to all the bullsh!t that's going on, but period. What's the purpose?

Just log out for a while, then if you change your mind in the future sign back in, I do it often.
