But if having one march/one event proves to be too difficult to organize, then why not pick one day and have events all across the country? You KNOW that sites like PerezHilton and others are going to give it some pub, and with some luck maybe TMZ and some local affiliates would pick it up as well.

i'm not surprised by Prince's latest move - I am a fairly new fan of his music and performances first and foremost - whilst I might read a biography of any great artist, this is the first time I have used a "fansite" - this was originally to find tickets for the concerts at O2 - I have of course looked at and occasionally participated in many of the threads of discussion and I have to say whilst alot of it is relatively harmless, some of it can be deeply unpleasant raking over every aspect of his past and present life. Together with the increasingly argued over issue of copyright (this is everywhere) I can see why someone might want to take more control. Or perhaps Prince does not like the level of obsession with his private life.

In any case, if you buy music or books or paintings or attend performances surely the contract ends there - and surely any artist is entitled to display his work how he wants to and to have some sort of private life.

On a personal level, I would be well p...d off if people started using my work without asking me.I also think that everyone is entitled to a private life whatever their profession.

My last comment - reckon it will definitely be Paris!!!

Its like i've suspected for a long time, when people would refer to him as a satanist or devil worshipper, i would scratch my head and only make that connection by understanding that he is an elitist and fascist. I have met some wonderful incredible people on here that have helped me through the good times and the worst,thank you each and everyone of you for being so special

This is how Prince has treated people over the years , disposable . As far as Im concerned , you dont bite the hand that feeds you . I know many of you will slag me off , thats fine , thats your opinion , its OK . But how anyone can support an artist who behaves in such a way , well I just dont understand it myself .
