How is a photoshopped image not considered a caricature? let's say i wanted to take a picture of a funny clown and use photoshop to place the head of, oh, say....PRINCE...on the clown body.
how is this not considered a caricature or a form of parody? i can understand how someone would find photoshopped images of themselves distasteful (BELIEVE ME, i know that feeling), but i don't understand how photoshopped images are considered verboten or illegal. help? | |

Especially when it is blatantly obvious and/or clearly stated it is an artist's representation. I don't see how it can be considered anything BUT a caricature. |
